Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Gangnam station and within walking distance to the vibrant Gangnam area. The concierge staff, especially Park, was extremely helpful and provided lots of information. The nearby subway stations have many shops and restaurants on the main Gangnam street. The rooms were clean and calm, and the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers free fridge items in the executive floor rooms.

Some guests mentioned that the wifi was not reliable and had connectivity issues.

I stayed at Novotel while cycling around Korea. The staff, especially Jeanne and Yuni, were incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and simple, with strong WiFi and convenient charging cables. The bed was the comfiest we experienced in South Korea. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Gangnam's bars, restaurants, and shopping street. The concierge taxi coordinator spoke fluent English and was very helpful.

The friendly staff provides excellent service and is always willing to assist guests. The breakfast options are delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. the hotel is easily accessible from the Sinnonhyeon subway stop, making it convenient for travelers.

The location of the hotel may not be ideal for those looking for a variety of nearby restaurants and shops.

Airport bus pick-up, helpful staff, excellent lobby, well-trained and friendly staff, excellent hospitality, support from business center.

Convenient airport shuttle bus. Upgraded executive suites on floor 15. Remodeled and well-equipped rooms. Good facilities, including pool and golf. Helpful and professional staff. Clean fitness facility with provided attire. Great breakfast. Free WiFi and 7-Eleven nearby.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at Novotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The swimming pool was a highlight, and I loved that it was open to the public. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty options, and the staff at the egg station went out of their way to make sure my daughter got her eggs just the way she liked them. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered free parking and complimentary breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to assist me.

There were a couple of negative aspects to my experience. the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly and despite reporting it multiple times, it was not fixed.

The hotel was verynice and neat. We loved the sauna, spa, and gym facilities. The location was great, with easy access to Gangnam and a vibrant neighborhood. We also appreciated the shoe shining service in the spa, reasonably priced.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the room was extremely comfortable with high, quality furnishings and a lavish bathroom. the spa and wellness center were top, notch with a variety of treatments available. the indoor swimming pool was large and well, maintained. the bar/lounge area was cozy and offered a great selection of drinks, and the restaurant had delicious cuisine options.

The only minor issue was the lack of public transportation conveniently nearby. the hotel provided a shuttle to access nearby areas.
